What will you be asked to do in the study: Please complete the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory (KAI). Time required: Approximately 15 minutes. Risks: There are no known risks associated with this study. Benefits/Compensation: There is no compensation, monetary or otherwise, for participation in this study. There are no direct benefits for participating in this study. Confidentiality: Your identity will be kept confidential to the extent provided by the law.
