Therefore comparable existing lake or reservoir systems must be used to predict the performance of the proposed reservoirs. Choosing among these comparable systems is a significant challenge because of the wide range of operations. Our aim was to create and use a model to estimate water quality in the EAASR and Stormwater Treatment Area (STA) 3/4. The model needed to be able to function in the dynamic and challenging EAASR design process. We hoped to gain key insights on the most current EAASR and STA 3/4 configurations.
