BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

 The author was born in 1980 in Chennai, India. He graduated with a Bachelor of

Science in electronics and communication engineering degree in May 2001 from the

Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, India. He then obtained Master of

Science degrees in electrical and computer engineering in December 2003 from the

University of Florida.
