BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

 Peter M. Vinch, Jr. was born on October 29, 1976 in Lawrenceville, New Jersey to

Peter and Nancy Vinch, Sr. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical

engineering, graduating with honors, from the Rochester Institute of Technology in May

of 2000. In August of 2000, he enrolled at the University of Florida and entered the

master's program in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Upon

graduation from the University of Florida, he plans to work in the area of autonomous

vehicle development.
