They operate in an area from Green Turtle Cay to Little Harbour. This year the headquarters (known as Bahamas Sea Base) has moved from Man-O-War to Marsh Harbour due to the expanded size of the program. The sailing program and boats are under the direction of Capt. Joe Maggio and the Boy Scout activities under the direction of Capt. Richard Canfield. The Scouts are deeply indebted to many local businesses for their cooperation and assistance. It is impossible to list everyone, but special mention must be made of the Conch Inn, Hope Town Harbour Lodge, Guana Cay Beach Resort, the Moorings, Pizza Hut, Sapodillys and Standard Hardware.
