Mr. Stuart hails from Moore’s Island and was formerly a teacher at the Abaco Central High School; in fact, Kevie, the wife of Perry Thomas, was one of his students. Two years ago Mr. Stuart decided that he would like to return to Abaco and began seeking someone with whom he could team up to go into the real es- tate business. “We want to put some things back into the community, too,” stated Mr. Stuart. “I see a very bright future for Abaco; there is an excitement and an energy here which you don’t see on any other island. There is an eco- nomic energy and I see Abaco moving forward. I already have a list of clients waiting for land on Abaco.” Mr. Stuart will be working on Abaco one day each week and hopes to move himself and his family over to reside here permanently within the next two years. The office in Marsh Harbour will be directly connected to the office in Nas- sau so that their entire data base can be accessed immediately.
