Was the subject matter timely and appropriate for the audience? 2. Was the material selected to meet the immediate needs of the particular farmers? 3. Was I familiar enough with the subject matter? PREPARATION 1. Was the demonstration well planned, with each stage leading logically to the next? 2. Was the audience suitably positioned, so that they were comfortable and everyone could see and hear well? 3. Were all equipment, visual aids, exhibits, pamphlets etc, on hand when needed? 4. Were equipment and supplies of a kind easily available to the farmers? 5. Did I feel at ease in the demonstration; had I thought through and practised what I was doing?
