mountains. He wanders up and down
their rough sides in search of food, and
when he comes to a steep side hill or rock
which he can’t climb down, he givesga
jump, turns over on his way down, and’
lights on his horns.”

“On his horns! I should think that
would break them all to pieces.”

strong, and can stand the fall better than
he can. Hunters say they have seen them
leap fifty feet in this way without hurting |
themselves at all.”
