Sometimes referred to as the improved capital value of land. In French usage, the landowner's capital excludes the value of buildings. 115 IMPUTED COSTS F: CHARGES CALCULEES 8: COSTS IMPUTADOS COSTS such as the OPPORTUNITY COST of the FARMER's MANAGEMENT which should be taken into account in FARM FINANCIAL ANALYSIS but which involve no money transaction and thus are not recorded in the farm accounting records (if kept).
