What is it to covet?
To earnestly desire what belongs to another.
What did a mother covet whose babe had died ?
Another .woman’s babe.
What did it lead her to do?
To steal the child.
What did the real mother do in her sorrow?
Told King Solomon all her trouble.
How did he find the true mother?
By threatening to divide the child.
What did the mother do?
Cried out to the king not to do it.
What does the sin of coveting lead to? ~
Lying, stealing, and sometimes murder.
How can we get rid of this spirit?
By giving to Jesus.
