BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH


 Timothy Gordon Taylor, the son of Jack and Ruth Taylor, was born on

December 11, 1951, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The first 25 years of his life

were spent in the "Queen City" where he became an avid Cincinnati Reds

fan and lover of German sausage.

 Upon graduation from Finneytown High School in June, 1970, he

entered the University of Cincinnati. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with

a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics in June, 1975. In September,

1975, he enrolled in the Graduate School of the University of Florida.

As a graduate research assistant and Fellow of the Center for Econometric

and Decision Sciences, he pursued the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in

the Department of Food and Resource Economics.

 Timothy Gordon Taylor is married to the former Keri Hamacher, a

 real cutie from Micanopy, Florida.
