to the house of Es-Sindibéd of the Sea. He
went in to him and saluted him; and he
received him with joy and gaiety, and made
him sit by him until the rest of his companions
had come; when the servants brought forward
the food, and the party ate and drank and en- —
joyed themselves. Then Es-Sindibdd of the Sea
began to address them, and related to them the
