of oil; but we must leave out
of consideration for the present

come to the question: What
is protoplasm ?

SUGGESTION TO THE THACHER.
Let each child choose an animal and a plant, and give as complete and
clear an account as he is able, of the outward form of the “ body ” of each ;
mentioning the uses of each part, as far as he knows them.
