This is in response to your letter of June 13th
regarding the drsft report before the Advisory Commission
dealing with Labor-Mensgenent Relations in the State end
Local Public Service. I appreciate receiving your views
on one portion of the report and I an circulating s copy
of your letter to each of the Members of the Commission.

The Comission took no finsl notion on the draft
report et its June 13th meeting, although tentatively
adopting several reconnlndations. At the hearing preceding
the Concussion meeting some support we: voiced by
representetivcs of State and local government for
considerstion or the section of the report about which
)au raised questions in your letter.

The next meeting of the Commission will be held on
So Hot 19 and your Deputy, Hr. Millsrd Cass, will he
