MEMORANDUM FOR HONORABLE MARVIN WATSON

As you will remember. I have been trying (or some time to
have a chance to discuss basic stockpile problems with the

President. I am under the impreadon that he is moving
rapidly towards decisions which are very critical in the

Operation o! 013?. and I would appreciate the opportunity
to visit with him about them as soon as possible.
