It was a pleasure to ueet you at White
Sulphur Springs in August of 1963 when I
spoke to the Southern Governore' Conference
on the Southern Interstate Nuclear Board
portion of the program.

I have known Charles S. Brewton. Deputy
Director of OEP, for fifteen years. He is
a man of integrity, experience and ability.

I hope to have the opportunity of seeing
you again soon when I am in washington.
