Dear suntan:

I have received a proposed report of committee on tax
re-organization, and believe it correctly expresses the
wishes of the couittee as detox-lined at its last meeting
in Palatka. I do not believe it will be necesssry to have
these duplicated for distribution in Miami. but I do sh
you would have a copy slong in case I forget nine.

Enclosed please find the memorandum of travel form which I
will leave you to fill out in proper form.

I believe that you how already received the names of the
persons selected to participate in the instruction or new

House members, and can therefore proceed with your program.
There has been some agitation the new members of Late to
have this instruction period he a during February or Flu-eh, and

we may advance the date in that fashion.

11' you have the records in your office I would appreciate
advice by you as to the smut or trowel money which I have

received during the calendar 1952.
