Dear Max:

When we met in Tampa on Sunday, April 3rd. l asked you to send
me certain information pertaining to the campaign {or Dade County .
Since then I have talked with Julian Cole several times. He tells me he
has talked to Benito. but to date I have not received the information which
l requested.

If we are to be of any help in this area. it will be necessary for
us to have the {allowing information immediately;

l. Television time schedule for all Miami stations This means
spot announcements as well as programs We need also to know the
cantents oi the spot announcements, as well as the contents of the five
minute. fifteen minute and thirty minute programs. We should also know
what has been paid for and what has not been paid for.

2. Radio time schedule for all Miami stations. This it: ans spot

space has not already been contracted and paid for. we should know the
costs involved.

from State Readquartera in Dade County .

5 Reproductiona at all favorable newspaper atorlea and editorial:

regarding our candidate for the pant ten year -- particularly those which
have appeared in the Miami Herald and the Miami New: and other daily

papers.

6. Reproduction of any unfavorable information regarding our
leading oppoaenta.
