Dear Mr. Norris:

Thank you so much for your letter of August 8 confirming the above
meeting.

I appreciate your suggesting that we meet in the same place that
you plan to conduct your work session but one of the principal

reasons that we wanted to have this meeting with Mr. Bryant, ur.
Conner and Hr. Adams was that by having it in the Flood Control

headquarters Office in West Palm they would have available the
various maps, etc., that would be needed in explaining their

project.

I have already contacted Mr. Conner and Mr. Adams and they will

meet with us at the Headquarters Office in lest Palm located at

901 Evernia Avenue. Unless we hear from you to the contrary, we
will assume that this arrangement is agreeable to all.
