Dear Farris:

I have just been called out of town and will not be in
Miami when you arrive Wednesday morning.

I have asked my secretary to call Ray Butler and ask him
to take you to the Insurance Board Meeting and arrange
to meet with you and other insurance agents that would
like to talk to you following the meeting.

I would suggest that you call Bus Cordes at Mouhawk
1-5787 upon arriving and arrange an appointment with him.
He has indicated that he would like to talk to you further.

I would also like to suggest that you call Buford Pedigo or
the Jefferson Standard Life Insurance Company, Highland
6-0856.

I hope that the next time you came to town that I will be
able to be vith you at least part of the time.
