regarding the canon of ethics, I have taken this matter
up with Mr. William S. Fielding, Chairman of the Com-
mittee. I am pleased to enclose herewith the matter
Mr. Fielding sent me, which consists of a copy of A.B.A.
Opinion #195, dated June 24, 1939, a copy of the opinion
given by the Florida Committee to Mr. George T. Clark
April 21, 1951, and a copy of the opinion given by such
committee to Mr. William J. Castagna on February 7, 1952.
