BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

     The author was born on October 17, 1958 in Rockledge, Florida. He received a B.S. in mechanical engineering and an M.S. in electrical engineering  from  the   University   of  Florida   in  1982   and  1984 respectively.   He is currently working on a Ph.D. in electrical engineering.  The author hopes to one day become more like the cat in reference [35].
