THE LIBRARY


* The library can be a source of help to the teacher in her art pro-
gram. It offers an excellent place for display on the bulletin board
and display case. It is the materials center of the school and is the
ideal place for a school art exhibit. Every classroom teacher and art
teacher should have access to a master vertical reference file con-
taining mounted pictures on substantial paper for general teaching
aids.


* The teacher should have in the room for handy reference a file of
reference material. This need not be as extensive as the master library
vertical file. Below is a suggested alphabetical list for the reference
filing case for the average classroom.
