onette is finished, and it should
not be a tedious nor a very long
process, children may create
costumes. The character
evolves and its interpretation
is the big thing.


* Do not stop the process
here and tell the children to
take the puppets home. Now
is the time they have been
waiting for. Let them show
you what the marionette means
to them in full.


* Because of the muscu-
lar skill required in manipulat-
ing marionettes they are rec-
ommended for older children.
They are especially good for
children from the ages of elev-
en to fifteen.
