 a Nitrogenous Fertilizer will no longer
 be subject to allocation and program-
 ming. and consequently In porters will
 be free to import this item on Open
 General Licence from non-dollar sour-
 ces other than the following:-
 Soviet Bloc Countries (i.e. Albania,
 Buloaria, Czechoslavakia, Eastern Ge--
 many, Hungary, Poland, Romania,
 U.S.S.R., North Korea ;and China)

 Custontms (Warehouse Prohibition) Notice
 S.R. & 0. 17/1954 made thereunder.
 This notice provides that the duty on
 the goo,!s enumeratedi in the clhe lle

 paid on the first importation of the said
 gools. It also prohibits the warehous-
 ing in a Government warehouse of the
 said giods.
 The iiaxiimum penalty prescriild for
