SAINT VINCENT. 1" STATUTORY RULES AND ORDE, - 1954, No. 31. AID TO PIONEER INDUSTRIES (SAINT VINCENT BACON FACTORY LIMITED) (MANUFACTURE OF PORK PRODUCTS) ORDER. (Gazetted 11th May, 1954). 1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Aid to Pioneer Industries (Saint Vincent Bacon Factory Limited) (Manufacture of Pork Products) Order, 1954. 2. Declaration. Saint Vincent Bacon Factory Limited, a Company registered under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 219) is hereby declared to be a pioneer Manufacturer for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1952, in relation to its pioneer factory situate at Peniston Estate in the Buccament Valley in the Parish of Saint Andrew, and to the establishment, maintenance and operation in the Colony of manufacturing plant for the manufacture of hams, bacon, lard, sausages and other allied pork products (by the Aid to Pioneer Industries (Pork Products) Order, 1954, (S. R. & 0. 1954, No. 30) declared to be a pioneer industry for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1952) with effect from the 15th day of April, 1954, and the production day of the said Company in relation to the same shall be the 15th day of October, 1954.
