His Honour WALTER FLEMING COUTTS, C.M.G., M.B.E., Administrator, St. Vincent, left the Colony for Grenadia, by air, today to attend a Conference of Administrators to be held in that Colony. The Honourable OSMUND RANDOLPH KELSICK, D.F.C., Assistant Administrator and Establishment Officer, today took the prescribed Oaths in accordance with Subsection (2) of Article 7 of the Windward Islands Letters Patent bearing date 27th August, 1951, and the Dormant Commission by the Governor of the Windward Islands bearing date 18th February, 1954, and assumed the Administration of the Government of St. Vincent consequent upon and during the absence of His Honour W.
