 The following Commission appointing the Honourable O. R. KELSICK, D.F.C.,
 Assistant Administrator and Establishment Officer, to administer the Government
 of St. Vincent in certain event, is published hereunder for general information :-

 IN CERTAIN EVENT.

 By His Excellency EDWARD BETHAM BEETHAM, Companion of the
 Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George,
 [L.S.] Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Officer of the Most
 Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and Commander-
 in-Chief in and over the Windward Islands comprising the Colonies
 of Grenada, Saint Vincent, Saint Lucia and Dominica and their
 Dependencies.
