Mr OSMUND RANDOLPH KELSICK, D.F.C., Assistant Administiatcr, today took the prescribed Oaths in accordance with the provisions of Snb- section (2) of Article 7 of the Windward Islands Letters Patent bearing date 27th August, 1951, and assumed the Administration of the Government of St. Vincent consequent upon and during the absence from the Colony of His Honour W.
