Delegates from British Caribbean Governments assembled at the third meeting of the Regional Economic Com- mittee present their humble duty to the King and are gratified and happy to learn of His Majesty's continued pro- gress towards full health. They respect- fully hope that as a means of completing His Majesty's convalescence and of giving great happiness to the King's loyal sub- jects, Their Majesties the King and[ Queen will find it possible to visit the British Caribbean territories.
