The attention of Government Savings Bank Depositors is drawn to Rule 12 of the Government Savings Bank of 1st May, 1936:- "12. Every depositor shall once in each year in the month of February forward his Pass Book to the Manager for examination and comparison with the books of the office, and for the entry of any interest due on the 31st December previous. If any depositor- fails to send in his Pass Book as herein directed the Colonial Treasurer may without further formality forthwith direct that except the withdrawal of the whole amount standing to the credit to the depositor no further transactions shall be allowed in respect of the account. All Cotton Growers are requested to notify the Manager, Government Cot- ton Ginnery in writing, at the time of delivery of their seed cotton to the Ginnery, of their intentions in regard to the disposal of the lint. 2. All Lint will be shipped to the Raw Cotton Commission, Liverpool at the f.o.b. price of 6/3 per lb. for 1951/52 Crop previously offered and accepted, unless the Manager is notified to the contrary. 3. All growers who do not intend shipping their cotton to the Raw Cot- ton Commission must remove same within two weeks of notification that their cotton has been ginned and baled ; 23 JANUARY, 1952.-(No. 5).
