Information left the State on December 5. for Jamaica on official duties.

 Consequent on the absence from the State of the Honourable E. T. JOSHUA,
Deputy Premier/Minister for Finance and Information, the Honourable J. F.
MITCHELL. Premier/Minister for Trade,, Agriculture and Grenadines Affairs
has been appointed to act as Deputy Premier/Minister for Finance and Inform-
ation with effect from 5th December, 1973 in conjunction with his substantive
duties.
