Kingdom to attend a Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Meeting.

 Consequent on the absence from the State of the Honourable E. T. JOSHUA,
Deputy Premier/Minister of Finance and Information, the Honourable J. F.
MITCHELL, Premier/Minister for Trade, Agriculture and Grenadines Affairs has
been appointed to act as Deputy Premier/Minister of Finance and Information
in conjunction with his substantive duties with effect from September 7, 1973
and until further notice.
