A degree in a related field from a reputable University will be an advantage. The successful applicant will be required to develop and harmonise the various creative and performing arts in St. Vincent and to work in close co- operation with existing cultural groups. The salary of the post will be in the scale V6 at the flat rate of $10,200 per annum. The post is at present not pensionable but steps may be taken to make it so. Appointment on contract for not less than three (3) years will also be considered in which event a gratuity of 2.5', of salary will be pay- able.
