& ; SAINT VINCENT. STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS, 1973, No. 14. AID TO PIONEER INDUSTRIES (ST. VINCENT ART AND. PRINTING STUDIOS) (FABRIC PRINTING AND MANUFACTURE OF OTHER ART AND CRAFT PRODUCTS) ORDER. (Gazetted 10th April, 1973.) WHEREAS on the 20th day of February, 1973, by Statutory Rule and Order No. 4 of 1973, the establishment, maintenance and operation in Saint Vincent of a factory for Fabric Printing and for the production of other Art and Craft Products was declared to be a pioneer industry for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1952 (No. 5 of 1952), and printed fabric was declared to be a pioneer product for the said purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by subsection (1) of Section 4 of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1952, the Governor has made the following Order:- 1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Aid to Pioneer Industries (St. Vincent Art and Printing Studios) (Fabric Printing and Manufacture of other Art and Craft Products) Order, 1973. 2. Declaration. The St. Vincent Art and Printing Studios is hereby declared to be a pioneer manufacturer in relation to the production of Printed Fabric and other art and craft products so produced at the pioneer factory to be established at Buccament Valley. 3. Construction Day. Construction Day was the 1st day of Novem- ber, 1972. 4. Production Day. Production Day shall be the 1st day of October, \ 1973. >/5>
