 official duties.
 The Honourable V. I. CUFFY, Minister for Health, Housing and Iocal, '
 Government left the State on. Wednesday, 4th April, for Guyaa :on oeffial
 duties.

 APPOINTMENTS

 Consequent on the absence from the State of the Hon. J. F. MITCHELL,
 Premier' Minister for Trade, Agriculture and Grenadines Affairs, the Hon.
 E. T. JOSHUA, Deputy Premier/Minister for Finance and Information has been
 appointed to act as Premier/Minister for Trade, Agriculftre and Grenadines
 Affairs with effect from 5th April, 1973 in conjunction with his substantive
 duties.
