AND IN THE MATTER OF THE ACQUISITION by the Governor of a certain parcel of land at Coulls Hill in the Parish of St. Patrick. DECLARATION OF ACQUISITION OF LAND (SECOND PUBLICATION.) WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 3 of the Land Acquisition Ordinance 1946 (No. 22 of 1946) that if the Governor considers that any land should be acquired for a public purpose he may cause a declaration to that effect to be made: AND WHEREAS it is considered by the Governor that the undermentioned parcel of land should be acquired for a public purpose, to wit, the establishment of a Government Housing Scheme. Now IT Is HEREBY DECLARED by His Excellency, the Governor acting in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet of Saint Vincent that upon the 2nd Publication of this Declaration in the Gazette all that parcel of land at Coulls Hill in the parish of St. Patrick belonging to James Edwin Steers and Karen Lee Steers, Edwin Elias Miller and Preston Lupher Lindenberg admeas- uring 4 acres, 25 poles, shall vest absolutely in the Crown. AND IT Is HEREBY FURTHER DECLARED AND NOTIFIED that a Plan bearing- the Number P.127 showing the above mentioned parcel of land has been prepared by Cuthbert Bazil, Licensed Land Surveyor and lodged on the 14th January 1972, at the Land and Surveys Department of Kingstown in Saint Vincent. and can be inspected at all reasonable hours at the said Department. NOTICE Li accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the- Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance. 1952, notice is hereby given that sub- ject to the consideration of any objections which may be received by him pursuant to this Notice, the Governor proposes under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Ordinance to make an Order in the form set out in the Schedule hereto. 2. Any person who objects to the making of such Order is hereby- invited to give notice in writing of his objection and of the grounds on which he relies in support thereof, to the Secretary to the Cabinet at the- Premier's Office in Kingstown, on or before the 5th day of April, 1972.
