TENDERS FOR INSURANCE OF GOVERNMENT OWNED MOTOR VEHICLES Tenders are invited for the Insurance of Government owned Motor Vehicles from the 29th April, 1972 to 30th April, 1973. The number of vehicles for which in- surance is required is approximately one hundred and thirty (130) and tenders should include quotations for insurance against- (a) Third Party Risks only (b) Third Party Fire and Theft. The list of vehicles and insurable value of each may be obtained on re- quest from the Accountant General. Sealed tenders addressed to the Chair- man, Central Supplies Tenders Board, Ministry of Finance, Kingstown and distinctly marked on the envelope "''Ten- ders for the Insurance of Government Owned Motor Vehicles." will be re- ceived up to 3.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 12th April, 1972. DECLARATION OF ACQUISITION OF LAND (SECOND PUBLICATION.) WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 3 of the Land Acquisition Ordinance 1946 (No. 22 of 1946) that if the Governor considers that any land should be acquired for a public purpose he may cause a declaration to that effect to. be made: AND WHEREAS it is considered by the Governor that the undermentionedT parcel of land should be acquired for a public purpose, to wit, the establishment of a Government Housing Scheme. Now IT Is HEREBY DECLARED by His Excellency, the Governor acting in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet of Saint Vincent that upon the, 2nd Publication of this Declaration in the Gazette all that parcel of land at- Cumberland in the Parish of St. Patrick belonging to James Edwin Steers and Karen Lee Steers, Edwin Elias Miller and Preston Lupher Lindenberg admeas- uring 2 acres, 32 poles, shall vest absolutely in the Crown. AND IT Is HEREBY FURTHER DECLARED AND NOTIFIED that a Plan bearing- the number P126 showing the above mentioned parcel of land has been prepared by Cuthbert Bazil, Licensed Land Surveyor and lodged on the 25th September- 1971, at the Lands and Surveys Department of Kingstown in St. Vincent and can be inspected at all reasonable hours at the said Department.
