ualifiped teachers or students of Frencin
for a bursary award to attend the
Anmial French Summer School in
(huadeloupe, sponsored jointly by the
ITnive'rs;ity of Bordeaux and the regional
universities.
 The curse ii designed for students of
LFre:;ch language and literature, capable
of following instruction entirely in
.French. Preference will be given 1o
teachers of French at G.C.E. examina-
tho: level and to sixtn form students who
intend to teach French.
 Classes are arranged at three levels--
advanced, intermediate and introducto-
ry. At the end of the course, examina-
tions will b helid, success in which will
qualify the student to receive a Diploma
or C.-clii l . '
