HURRICANE NOTICES It is hereby notified for general information that in the event of a hurricane threatening or approaching the Island, the following warnings will be given:- CAUTIONARY HURRICANE WARNING KINGSTOWN: (1) A red flag with a black (1) rectangular centre will be flown from Police Head- quarters.
