 Vehicles entering Victoria Park will enter by way of North River Road.
 Vehicles Exit will be by way of Bentick Square and Road to Leeward.
 Vehicles conveying persons to the Military Parade at Victoria Park and
bearing WHIHTE STICKERS will park on the following road:-
 ROAD OUTSIDE VICTORIA PARK-between Peebles Bridge and
 Bentick Square.
 All other vehicles conveying persons to the Military Parade at Victoria
Park will park on the following roads and places:-
 FERNSIDE ROAD
 NORTH RIVER ROAD
 ROAD TO LEEWARD
 BACK STREET
 HIIGGINSON STREET

-through the -i .1- of Kingstown during the Statehood Anniveirsary Revelry
on Tuesday, October 27, 1970, between the hours of 2.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m.
 Participants will conform to a system of ONE-WAY traffic which has been
arranged.

 Between the hours of 2.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. the fcllo-wig Streets will
