Applications are invited from persons willing to serve as Cadet Pmblic Health Inspectors in the Medical Department Ministry of Education and Health, St. Vincent. Two vacancies at present exist. 2. Applicants should be between the ages of eighteen years and tyenty- five years, and in possession of the Gen- eral Certificate of Education, with at least three subjects at '0' Level includ- ing English Language and Health Sci- ence. 3. The Cadet will be under the direct control and supervision of the Public Health Superintendent, and will be ap- pointed on a temporary monthly basis. There will be opportunity for further training leading to the Certificate of the Royal Society for the promotion of Health. 4. Salary will be paid at the rate of $1,800 per annum in the scale V39-20 ($1,800 x $120-$2,520 x $180-$3,600 x $240-$4,800) with incremental credit as follows:- 1 increment for each pass at '0' Level in the subjects listed below. 2 increments for each pass at 'A' Level in a subject or closely related subject for which incremental cre- dit at '0' Level has already been granted.
