 SEDITION AND UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS ORDER.

 (Gazetted 30th June, 1970).

 1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Sedition and Undesirable
Publications Order, 1970.

 2. Declaration of certain Publications to be prohibited Publications.
The Governor, being of the opinion that in the publications hereinafter des-
cribed being publications published outside Saint Vincent there is matter which
is contrary to public interest, by this Order, declares that the publications
hereinafter described shall from the publication of this Order in the Gazette
be prohibited publications:-

 Ho Chi Mlinh on Revolution, Selected Writings 1920-1966, Edited

 Made by the Govenor under Section 7 of the Sedition and Undesirable
Publications Ordinance, 1939 (No. 20 of 1939), this 30th day of June, 1970.
