WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 3 of the Land Acquisition Ordinance 1946 (No. 22 of 1946) that if the Governor considers that any land should be acquired for a public purpose he may cause a declaration to that effect to be made: AND WHEREAS it is considered by the Governor that the undermentioned parcels of land should be acquired for a public purpose to wit, the siting of a Public Cemetery and Right of way to same.
