Home Affairs, has been appointed to act as Premier/Minister of Finance in con-
junction with his substantive duties with effect from 30th June, 1970 and until
further notice.

KAUPPI to act as Consul of Finland in
London for the United Kingdom of
Great Britain and Northern Ireland,
The Isle of Man, the Bailiwicks of Jer-
sey and Guernsey, and having jurisdic-
irwn also in the West Indies Associated
States, Brunei, the British Solomon
Islands Protectorate and all overseas
territories for whose international rela-
tions Her Majesty's Government are re-
sponsible, with the exception of South-
ern Rhodesia.
