6. Definitions. For the purpose of these Regulations- (a) a stevedore is a person who undertakes the landing or loading of goods or the clearing or forwarding of baggage; a sh'p-chandler is a dealer in marine or other stores or articles; a porter is- a person who for fee or reward offers his services in ca trying goods, wares, merchandise or baggage; (d) port area means any area designated as a port area by order made by the Governor under these Regulations and includes Kings- town Wharf, Kigstown Harbour and the Port of Kingstown as defined in Regulation 2 of the Port Officers (Harbour) Regula- tions, 1964. The term stevedore, ships-chandlers or porter shall not include a full time employee of any person licensed in that behalf. 7. Forms of badges. Badges shall be designed to be worn upon the lapel of the coat or upon the clothing and shall be issued in respect of each licensing period in a form to be determined by the Port Officer.
