Where any monetary penalty is imposed in respect of such Vessels, the Court shall order its de mention until the penalty has been paid. 8. Name to be painted. The name of a Coasting Vessel shall be painted on the port and starboard bows of the vessel in letters between one-and-a-half and two-and-a-half inches high in such colour as may be conspicuously dis- cernible and the owner-charter or person in control of a coasting vessel on which the name is not printed in the manner requested by these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence.
