97 (e) the qualifications of Teachers paid by Government shall be approved by the Minister of Education or under his authority. (f) annual reports on the work, punctuality, attendance and fidelity of each Teacher paid by Governmentshall be submitted by the Principal of the relevant school to the Chief Education Officer. 8. Grant of privileges. Arrangements may be made to enable suitable pupils of Assisted Secondary Schools to transfer to Government Secondary Schools for instruction in "0" and "A" level work in Science and Mathematics and such other subjects as may from time to time be considered appropriate by the Governor after consultation with the Board of Education. 9. The Governor may from time to time by Notice published in the Gazette amend the Schedule to these Regulations by adding to or deleting from the list of schools contained therein.
