91 SAINT VINCENT. STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS, 1970, No. 31. JUVENILES (COURTS) ORDER. (Gazetted 26th May, 1970). 1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Juveniles (Courts) Order, 1970. 2. Interpretation. In this Order "the Ordinance" means the Juveniles Ordinance, 1952. 3. Constitution of Juvenile Courts. There shall be established a Juvenile Court for the Third Magisterial District of Saint Vincent constituted of a Magistrate and, subject to the provision to section 5 of the Ordinance, anyone or more of the assessors nominated for the purpose in accordance with the preceed- ing paragraph of this Order. 4. Assessors. The persons nominated by the Governor as assessors shall be the persons whose names are notified in the Gazette as so nominated, for the purposes of the Ordinance. 5. Place of sitting of Juvenile Courts. (1) Each of the buildings in the Third Magisterial District of Saint Vincent at present set aside -for use as Magistrates' Courts may be used for the holding of a Juvenile Court: Provided that a Juvenile Court may adjourn its sitting to any other place including a building not used as a Magistrate's Court where the circumstances of the case render it expedient so to do. (2) The times of sitting of the Juvenile Court for the Third Magis- terial District shall be such as fixed by the Magistrate.
