 THE ANIMALS DISEASES (IMPORTATION) CONTROL (AMENDMENT)
 REGULATIONS, 1970.


 (Gazetted 26th May, 1970).


 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Animals Dis- Short title.
 eases (Importation) Control (Amendment) Regulations, 1970,
 and shall be read as one with the Animals Diseases (Importa-
 tion) Control Regulations, 1954 which are set out in the Second
 Schedule to the Animals (Diseases and Importation) Ordinance,
 1954 (and are hereinafter referred to as the principal Regula-
 tions) and all amendments thereto.
 2. Regulation 10 of the principal Regulations is hereby Regulation 10 of
 amended as follows:- principal Regu-
 lation amended.
 (a) by deleting the bracket and figure (1) appearing
 at the beginning thereof;
 (b) by deleting in paragraph (1) thereof the words
 following the word "from" in the second line thereof
 and inserting the words "a territory which has been
 exempted by the Governor from the application of this
 regulation on such conditions as he may determine";
 (c) by deleting paragraphs (2) and (3) thereof.
